A set of six polychrome glazed ceramic figurines produced by Wade, depicting characters from the Noddy series created by Enid Blyton. The collection features a central Noddy figure, Mr Plod the policeman, Miss Fluffy Cat, and three gnome figures. Noddy is modelled with his characteristic blue hat and red shirt. Mr Plod is dressed in a blue uniform and helmet, while Miss Fluffy Cat wears a cream-coloured coat and hat. The three gnomes are depicted in various colourful outfits with pointed red and blue hats. The Noddy figurine bears a printed backstamp to the underside of the base with the Wade mark, Limited Edition 1500, and Noddy, alongside copyright credits for Enid Blyton Ltd and BBC WL Ltd. The other figures do not possess visible maker’s marks but are stylistically aligned with the Wade production.
