An assortment of decorative boxes of various sizes, materials, and designs. The collection includes a polished dark wood box with an inlaid marquetry landscape scene on the lid; a black rectangular box featuring a raised white composite elephant motif; and a light wood box with a central geometric parquetry design and inlaid floral motif. Also present is a box with a printed lid depicting two cherubs, a box with a monochrome transfer print of a harbour and cityscape, and a small chest-form box with patterned textile-effect covering and red trim. The group further contains a simple black finished box with a metal clasp, a small plain wooden box, and a lithographed tin featuring a children’s illustration. Various small collectibles are also visible in the display, including a variety of thimbles and a promotional tag for New Holland Balers.
