A late 19th or early 20th-century brass table lamp, originally an oil lamp and subsequently converted for electrical use. The lamp features a brass body with a gadrooned and fluted pedestal stem, mounted on a stepped black circular base. It is fitted with a clear glass chimney and an outer globular frosted glass shade. The shade is decorated with etched floral, foliate, and scrollwork motifs. Marks are present on the burner adjustment knob but are not clearly legible from visual inspection. The item is fitted with a modern black power cord.
